This is a fundamental change in approaches to governance, citizen service, and interaction between the state and society. In light of the global challenges we face, including the COVID-19 pandemic and full-scale invasion, digitalisation is becoming not only a tool for efficiency but also a key to ensuring the stability and security of social guarantees.
Ihor Meshchan, Director of the Social Development and Veterans Policy Department of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, greeted the heads of residential institutions, territorial centres, ASCs, and social service providers of Kyivska oblast.
