Who can receive assistance?

Individuals/families who have not yet received cash assistance from R2P and are not currently receiving financial aid from international organizations can apply:

  • the war-affected population (have personal housing that has been damaged/destroyed since 24.02.2022 as a result of warfare or have a person who has been injured as a result of shelling/warfare since 24.02.2022 and is not a participant in combat operations) in the Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizka, Odeska or Kharkivska oblasts;

They also meet one or more vulnerability criteria:

The amount of cash assistance and the method of payment

The amount of assistance is UAH 3,600 per person per month and covers a three-month period. It means that each family member's total amount of aid is UAH 10,800.

Funds for minors and persons with disabilities/incapacities are received by their official representatives (parents, guardians, trustees, etc.) upon presentation of relevant documents.
