Mental Health and Psychosocial Support

When times are dark, you must keep the light inside you. We know how, even if you have experienced the worst.

R2P's Mental Health Care Service is a programme providing free psychological assistance to Ukrainians under temporary protection in Poland affected by war.

The psychologists of Right to Protection Poland provide:

  • Individual consultations online (from 1 to 6 meetings per person, 50 minutes).

  • Offline consultations in Warsaw.

  • Group sessions to relieve stress and deal with difficult emotions, psychological workshops for parents and children.

  • Systematic work with locations where Ukrainians come together (shelters, cultural centres, other NGOs that do not have a psychologist, etc.)
