Who is this course for?
For motivated small business owners whose enterprises have been affected by the full-scale invasion, those who are just looking to start their own company, or who fall under one of the vulnerability criteria:
The programme is being implemented in Kharkivska, Sumska, Chernihivska, Kyivska, and Zhytomyrska oblasts.
The training programme aims to provide knowledge and help strengthen entrepreneurial skills, from finding a business idea, establishing management and marketing to generating the first income. The best participants will receive a grant of $3,000 or more to develop their own business!

Restoring the economic capacity of Ukrainians is currently one of the key tasks, the implementation of which will have an impact on reducing potential migration and creating incentives for the return of Ukrainians. Domestically, it is an effective tool for the integration of IDPs into the society of host hromadas and the reintegration of returnees and veterans. It is not only about the ability to provide for oneself and one's family but also regarding self-esteem, capacity and building social ties.

Course format:
The training programme consists of 2 phases.
Phase 1: 2 online trainings of 3 hours each.
When?
Topics:
Phase 2: 4 offline workshops, a presentation of business projects, and personal or group online consultations with coaches about your business. Expert practitioners will deliver masterclass training sessions. Participants in the second phase will be selected competitively among online training participants. Travelling within the oblast will be reimbursed!

R2P reserves the right to close registration for the course earlier, as the number of places is limited. In early February, the Foundation's team will process all applications and select participants to be invited to the first phase of the training programme.

R2P reserves the right to select participants based on the following criteria: business experience, belonging to the vulnerable group, level of motivation, readiness to use the knowledge gained in practice, and compliance with the technical parameters of the application.
Please note that people who live in regions outside the project's geographical scope are unfortunately not eligible to participate in the training programme.
