Right to Protection Launched a New Programme: Capacity Building for Local Organisations

October 3, 2024

Right to Protection expands the list of programme directions by launching a new programme, Capacity Building for Local Organisations.

Its goal is to develop civil society actors' capacity and effectiveness and promote sustainable, mutually reinforcing contacts and partnerships between them.

Olena Herus, Head of the Capacity Building for Local Organisations

We have been operating for over ten years and have grown and strengthened our capacities over this time, so we want to share our experience and help other organisations become more efficient. Why? In fact, in a country that is at war but continues to develop, many needs and problems require addressing and solving. Therefore, all public sector representatives have a lot of work ahead of them. We plan to share, teach, and inspire so that there are more of us, strong, powerful, and effective.

The programme focuses on working with CSOs that work in the same areas as R2P.

We are pleased to be the ones who strengthen the civil society sector in Ukraine, as its capacity is more important than ever in times of war.
