Psychologist in Touch 2: Maintaining Resilience and Will to Live

May 1, 2025

Right to Protection’s Mental Health Care Service presented the Psychologist in Touch 2 book. This is a collection of educational, practical, and therapeutic texts about life, stress resistance, and recovery in times of war.

The second book is about support, recovery, and the power to stay true to yourself during the war. It combines practical exercises, reflections, and answers to complex questions to help you live with loss, overcome exhaustion, and find support in yourself and your community. It is a space for reflection and dialogue that inspires resilience and moves forward despite challenges.

Psychologist in Touch was created based on the experience of crisis psychologists and psychotherapists from R2P’s Mental Health Care Service  by Anna Mohylnyk and Mariia Yatsukhnenko.

The publication will serve as a support and self-help guide for those with limited access to psychological assistance and will be helpful to a wide range of readers interested in mental health.

The first book, Psychologist in Touch: A Guide for People Who Choose to Live Life in Times of War, was published in 2023
