Participation in the mentoring programme from R2P gave our team a powerful boost to our professional growth, allowing us to develop and begin implementing a key package of strategic documents — from development, fundraising, and communication strategies to monitoring, data protection, and complaint-handling policies. Thanks to expert support, we have transformed our internal processes, making the organisation’s activities more systematic, transparent and effective. We are sincerely grateful to the team of mentors for their high-quality support, which has helped us reach a new level of institutional capacity and confidently implement our mission.

Inspired by the initial success, we intend to continue participating in this programme to improve our internal processes further. We believe that further cooperation with R2P’s mentors will open up new horizons for us and make our contribution to charity even more significant.
