Business Chatbot for Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Poland

August 29, 2025

Right to Protection Poland, with funding from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), has implemented the “START & SCALE” project to support entrepreneurs.

This initiative was created to help Ukrainian asylum seekers bring their business ideas to life, establish, or grow their own enterprises in Poland.

As part of the project, we have launched a new, specialized Business Chatbot, designed to address the specific needs of Ukrainians who have recently started or are planning to start a business in Poland.

The chatbot includes:

  • A detailed step-by-step business registration guide — covering the choice of legal form (JDG, spółka z o.o.), online and offline registration procedures, ZUS registration, selection of PKD codes, obtaining NIP and REGON numbers, using a cash register, and opening a bank account.

  • Clear explanations of tax systems (general, linear, lump-sum), VAT and CIT taxes, ZUS contributions (standard and preferential rates for new entrepreneurs), including for employed persons. It also features examples of how to calculate amounts and pay taxes and ZUS contributions.

  • A collection of direct links to official Polish government resources used for business registration, tax and ZUS payments, verifying contractors, and submitting various reports.

  • Information on financial and non-financial support, including available grants, funding opportunities, free training sessions, webinars, and consultations for entrepreneurs in Poland.

  • Additionally, users can contact Right to Protection Poland lawyers directly through the chatbot for further legal assistance.

To access it, open the Foundation’s chatbot “Legal Advisor for Ukrainians 2.0 in Poland” on Telegram or Facebook and select the button “Running a Business in Poland” in the main menu.

You can also use the direct link to the business chatbot on Telegram.
