A two-day training session on designing cash voucher assistance (CVA) programmes and strategic planning for local NGOs took place in Kyiv on 27–28 January 2025. The CCD (Collaborative Cash Delivery), in partnership with Right to Protection, organised the event. The participants were representatives of 17 organisations working in the field of humanitarian response.
The participants discussed:
- strategic planning (how to assess trends, identify stakeholders, and develop operational plans);
- designing CVA programmes (how to ensure effective management of the complete project cycle);
- coordination and partnerships.
Participants gained valuable knowledge and learned about practical tools for implementing CVA. Ties between organisations were strengthened, contributing to the sector’s further development. The format of the event allowed participants not only to learn but also to share experiences.
