«Our Foundation conducted a study on employment challenges. 26% of respondents voiced the need for additional vocational training for successful employment or running their own business. I am convinced that the ability to provide a decent standard of living for yourself and your family is the foundation of the process of successful integration into a new hromada, one of the key factors for deciding to stay in the country or emigrate. That is why we promote creating and strengthening micro and small businesses through quality training for start-up entrepreneurs, providing practical tools for attracting funding, and creating effective networking. Entrepreneurial activity not only provides economic self-sufficiency but also encourages people to become active members of the hromada and build social ties. In turn, the hromada gains a taxpayer instead of a social assistance recipient who embarks on the integration path through involvement and self-sufficiency»
