Webinar "Compensation for destroyed housing. Practical aspects of the implementation of mechanism for monetary compensation"

On January 28, Right to Protection CF organized a webinar on the practical aspects of the monetary compensation for destroyed housing. The event was held within the NRC_ECHO project with the support of the Norwegian Refugee Council in Ukraine.
Polina Gorelik and Alla Shcherbyna, lawyers of the Right to Protection CF in Kurakhove were the speakers at the online event. During the webinar our colleagues addressed the following issues:
- Legal aspects of the compensation for destroyed housing procedure;
- Who can receive compensation for housing destroyed as a result of a military emergency?;
- How to exercise the right for compensation;
- What to do in case of a compensation refusal?
The event was joined by all the interested parties, as well as our beneficiaries, whose houses (apartments) were destroyed as a result of a military emergency.
