Trainers of the Right to Business training course in Odesa

Among the coaches of the training programme are Right to Protection's staff and engaged specialists from various business areas. Each will reveal their topic to our participants and share their incredible experiences.

1. Valeriia Sekisova, a coordinator of the Economic Resilience & Early Recovery Program of R2P. The topic: Creating a Competitive Product.

2.  Kseniia Pecherska, a legal expert and social entrepreneurship consultant at the Diia.Business national project, developer and trainer of entrepreneurship programmes. The topic: Creating a Business Model.

3. 3. Oleksandr Valihurskyi, a founder of a consulting company, co-owner of several restaurants and former head of the analytical and financial department of a restaurant chain. The topic: Financial Model, Budgeting.

4. Halyna Niiaka, a founder of an advertising agency, PR specialist, and B2B marketer with over 6 years of experience as a brand manager of a national hotel operator. The topic: Marketing. Promotion. Sales.

5. Tetiana Heidarova, an expert in accounting and taxation with 16 years of experience, certified accountant, and member of the Council of Independent Accountants and Auditors of Ukraine. The topic: Legal and Accounting Aspects of the Work of Individual Entrepreneurs.

6.Oleksandr Dubina, a labour lawyer at R2P. The topic: Legal and Accounting Aspects of the Work of Individual Entrepreneurs.

7.  Alina Bocharnikova, a fundraising practitioner. Alina provided support for grant funding in international business support programmes. She is also a mentor, expert on the evaluation of grant documents, and course lecturer. The topic: Raising Funds. 

8. Ilona Remigaylo, a hospitality specialist with over 15 years of experience managing two hotels. She has spoken at national and international conferences and is a university lecturer. The topic: Service as a Competitive Advantage in the Market.

 We have assembled a powerful team of trainers to provide our participants with not only knowledge but also inspiration, motivation, and practical tools to succeed in business and improve the business climate in the region. 

The course was organised by R2P as a partner of the Ukraine Response Consortium within the Response Consortium: Providing Multidisciplinary Humanitarian Assistance to the War-Affected Population in Ukraine (2023–2024) project. The programme is funded by the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA).
