The R2P team completed special training sessions from iMMAP Inc. on data management and the development of data collection questionnaires. This knowledge significantly aids humanitarians in their daily work. For example, data management skills help consolidate, clean and analyse data from various sources to create insights about the needs and problems of IDPs and the war-affected population, prevent possible human rights violations, and provide humanitarian response where needed. Additionally, the data visualisation component facilitates the presentation of data trends, making it easier for humanitarian to communicate meaningful insights.

The sessions also equipped partners with more profound knowledge to create customised digital forms for surveys, assessments, and data collection using KoboToolbox. These forms can be deployed on various devices such as smartphones and tablets and streamline the process of gathering information in the field, eliminating the need for paper-based surveys and manual data entry to gather reliable information for better decision-making.

For R2P, iMMAP Inc. conducted 3 training sessions for 30 participants in Kyiv and 4 sessions for 55 participants in Dnipro.
