Right to Protection Poland participated at a Training on PSEA together with UNHCR

On December 9, 2024, a PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) training took place at the UNHCR office in Warsaw. The event was a great success, engaging representatives of humanitarian organizations in meaningful discussions and practical sessions.
Participants gained valuable knowledge about:
✅Power dynamics and their impact on vulnerable groups;
✅Understanding the needs of survivors and adopting safety-oriented approaches;
✅Transparent reporting mechanisms to prevent misconduct and build trust.
The training underscored the importance of creating a safe environment for those we assist. These insights are essential tools for all humanitarian organizations striving to work ethically, responsibly, and with respect for the dignity of every individual.
