We work with people and their tragedies. At the same time, each of us can have our own disappointing experience in this war. To take care of others, you need to take care of yourself. That is why we discussed this and shared practical advice on protecting our teams from burnout or what to do if it has already happened.
Team-building activities, psychological support from external specialists, art therapy and other practices, vacations, a supportive work environment, flexible working hours, and care from management are some of the tools to counteract burnout discussed in the meeting.
We are grateful to the experts for their participation, daily help to people and care for their teams.
