On 20 November, a practical session was held as part of the Empowering Entrepreneurship: A Comprehensive Learning Journey from Online Learning to Workshops programme.
The event was opened by representatives of UNHCR, who support the implementation of the programme for entrepreneurs. They greeted the participants and emphasised the importance of such initiatives.
Swjatoslawa Nykorowycz-Mendel, Director of Right to Protection Poland, delivered an inspiring speech.
During the first practical task, the participants worked in teams to solve individual cases, which they presented to the entire audience. It was a great opportunity for teamwork and idea exchange.
In the second part of the session, the participants worked with Karine Karapetyan, a Psychologist at the Fund. Together, they explored essential aspects of personal development necessary for successful entrepreneurship and continued to examine the importance of being able to work in a team and communicate.
The programme continues, and even more exciting tasks and discoveries are ahead. We are grateful to our partners and team for their support and the participants' activity and desire to learn!
